- Download and Install the Xampp Application on a Computer.
- Extract Application and Database files using the WinRAR application.
- Rename the Application file folder as a post, then copy to the htdocs folder.
- Activate Apache and MySQL on Xampp.
- Open a browser, then open the localhost / phpMyAdmin address.
- Create a new database with the post name.
- Import the application database into a postal database.
- Run the project by typing localhost / post.
- Done.
